With a gorgeous fairway view and an open floor plan, this villa, completely remodeled in 2006, has 2 decks and is within a short walking distance to the beach and Club amenities. FIRST FLOOR: The living room looks out over the 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course, and features plenty of comfortable seating--including a sleeper sofa--and has a 32-inch TV with DVD and VCR, plus a stereo system. Sliding glass doors access the furnished deck, which is great for dining outdoors-there is seating for four guests. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite tile counters, a flat-top stove, and a breakfast bar which seats up to three guests. The adjacent dining area seats up to six guests, and offers lovely views from the picture window. The downstairs bedroom is decorated in calming blues, and furnished with a double bed and a twin bed, with a separate bath. Lots of windows ensure plenty of natural light, and there is a cozy chair for curling up with a book or just enjoying conversation. SECOND FLOOR: The entire second level is the master suite. With a palette taken from the beach, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes its own 19-inch TV. Guests can access the private upstairs deck via sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a separate sink area and water closet. Each Spinnaker Beachhouse includes free covered parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week, plus an $11 deposit which is refunded by the Seabrook Island Club after the card is returned.
