This recently renovated villa has some partial-ocean views and is within a short walk to the beach, and many Seabrook Club amenities. This centrally located villa has a warm and welcoming interior with a comfortable coastal cottage appeal, and features an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen, living and dining area are all connected in an open "L" shape. From the living room you can see some partial-ocean views from across the street. The living room has a large 32" Flat Panel TV, DVD, stereo and also wireless internet service. There is also a full bathroom and two twin beds downstairs that has a 19" TV and DVD player. Just off of the twin bedroom there is a deck with an outdoor table and chairs for six, an umbrella and large grill for family meals. The master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king bed, a private full bathroom, 32" TV with DVD, and a small private deck. For additional sleeping there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Each Spinnaker Beachhouse includes: free covered parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems. To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card.
