From this second-level villa, guests can enjoy lovely ocean views! This villa has recently undergone major renovations, which include an all new kitchen, baths and new furnishings. Guests will enjoy wood floors, granite counters and upscale decor. Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities, some of which are within walking distance, is also available.

The chic living area has comfortable seating; a widescreen, wall-mounted plasma TV; bead board wall finishing; a ceiling fan; and access to the deck via sliding glass doors. The large covered deck is furnished with seating for up to four guests, perfect for dining or relaxing. The deck looks out towards the ocean over the brand new Seabrook Island Beach Club. The elegant dining area also has deck access, and seats up to four guests. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with additional seating for three guests, and granite countertops. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and has its own widescreen plasma TV with expanded tier cable. A sitting area includes a plush chair and love seat, and there is a private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and a plasma TV with expanded tier cable. It shares the full hall bath. Both bedrooms have access to the deck.

To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week, plus a deposit of $11 per card, which is refunded to you by the Resort after you return the card. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card, up to $150. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card.
