The Master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has its own TV, a private bath, and access to the furnished deck. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds. Within walking distance to the community pool, tennis and equestrian centers! Guests in this unit have access to Club amenities and pools. Courtside Villas offer one and two-bedroom floor plans. Each Courtside Villa includes: free parking, deck and screened porch, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Villas are within a short 3-mile drive to the beach. Bike rentals are available for those who would prefer to bike to the beach. To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
