The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV. Club access available. The master suite has a king bed and 20 inch flat screen TV. Tthe master bath has whirpool tub. A second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The third has two twin beds. Each Pelican Watch Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card.
