Square Feet: 1000 Each High Hammock Villa includes: free parking, deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card.
Please be advised that the High Hammock community is undergoing exterior building improvements thru November 2010. During this time, guests may experience noise disruption and construction debris in the general area. No refunds will be issued in relation to the construction.
